I’m not technically inclined, can you help me program my system?
Absolutely!  Please call us at 866-755-5465 and one of our support people will guide you through all the programming.

My controller is out of warranty, and it’s broken.  Can it be repaired?
In most cases, your system can be repaired.  We charge an hourly rate for bench testing time and you will need to contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number.  If we determine that the unit is “unrepairable” we will advise you of your options.

I need a replacement disk for my iControl Software.  Do you charge for this?
As long as you can provide us the serial number of your Site Master Controller, there is no charge for a replacement copy.

Can I purchase a long term Maintenance Contract?
We have several after warranty programs available.  Please contact a Link4 representative for quote.
