For our clients that demand only the best, and require immediate onsite and local support, Link4 offers the following enhanced service and support solutions.
Gold Protection Program
Clients will receive all of our Sterling Protection Program services, plus an extra level of support and faster turnaround on parts orders. For companies that require priority access and support on maintenance and monitoring issues, the Gold Program delivers the assistance you need to help minimize downtime. This program includes:
- One annual site visit
- Priority call-in access
- Free UPS next-day shipping on product replacement
- Emergency response via phone within 4 hours
Platinum Protection Program
For mission-critical clients that need the fastest response level possible, Link4 recommends our comprehensive Platinum Protection Program. This includes all Sterling and Gold Program features, plus the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the service and support you need is always nearby, ready to help as soon as you need it.
With the Platinum Program a Link4 consultant will meet with you at your location once a month, to provide support, training, system monitoring or upgrades – whatever is required. When emergency service is needed, Platinum customers receive a phone response within 4 hours, followed by an onsite visit on the next business day. Replacement parts are shipped from local inventories so they can be delivered and installed quickly (usually same day, or by 10 a.m. on the next business day).
